As a therapist, I’ve seen how important it is to slow down, reconnect with ourselves, and give ourselves permission to feel without judgment. As someone who previously worked as a barista, coffee has always represented connection, comfort, and pause for me — which is exactly what I hope this page can offer others.

This space was created to bring mental health conversations into everyday life in a way that feels approachable, calming, and real.
